How long does my order take?
Every set is handmade to order and prepared in 3-5 business days. Shipping time is extra, and your order ships with tracked delivery.
Is shipping free?
Yes, shipping is free on orders over $70.
How do I find my size?
Choose from XS, S, M or L when you order. If you need a personal fit, choose Custom. See the Size and Shape Guide on each product page.
What shapes are available?
You can choose your shape on each product page, for example Medium Almond. Look for the Other shapes option for more choices.
Can I return my order?
You may request a return or refund within 14 days after your order is delivered. Please read our Return and Refund Policy for what is covered.
My order arrived damaged or incorrect. What should I do?
Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. In most cases we will offer a refund or a free replacement.
Do you offer discounts for multiple sets?
Yes. Save 5% on 2 or more sets, 15% on 3 or more sets, and 30% on 5 or more sets. The discount is applied automatically at checkout.
