Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Noelora order. If something is not right, we are here to help. Please read this policy before requesting a return or refund.

Return window

You may request a return or refund within 14 days after your order is delivered. Requests made after 14 days cannot be accepted.

Covered: full refund or free replacement

The following issues are covered. In most cases you do not need to send the item back, and we will offer you a refund or a replacement at no cost:

  • The item arrived defective, damaged, or does not work properly.
  • The item is different from the description or photos on our website.
  • You received the wrong item, color, or size.
  • Part of your order is missing or was lost in transit.

Not covered

  • Requests made more than 14 days after delivery.
  • Orders placed with a wrong size, product, color, or shipping address entered by the customer.
  • Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or lack of proper care.
  • Items that have been used, worn, washed, or altered after delivery.

Change of mind

If you simply changed your mind, you may return the item within 14 days of delivery as long as it is unused and in its original packaging. In this case, the customer pays the return shipping cost. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Because our products ship from different warehouses, please do not send anything back until we confirm the return address in writing.

How to request a return or refund

  1. Email us at lenguyen2003amz@gmail.com with your order number.
  2. Tell us what is wrong and attach clear photos of the item and of the package, including the shipping label.
  3. We will review your request within 2 business days and reply with the next steps.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for us to process the refund. Your bank or card issuer may need up to 10 additional business days to show the funds in your account.
